It is forbidden to make them emulate feelings or to give them a human aspect.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thyself<\/strong> is a secret program that trains humans and their respective android copy for a risky mission. Of course, it is off the books. After burying the whole Conscience project, the government has brought together Aleph\u2019s better behavior engineers, to make a perfect copy of a skilled human to guarantee the success of the mission.<\/p>\n<p>The characters selected for the mission belong to the elite of humanity for their skills and knowledge in different areas such as piloting, robotics, engineering, science or survival.<\/p>\n<p>After months of work and isolation from the world, the humans are ready to meet their android copies to train them.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>What to expect?<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>Some classes and tests (technobabble mostly).<\/p>\n<p>The weird feeling of knowing someone that looks like you exactly but is a different (and maybe better?) version of yourself.<\/p>\n<p>Interpersonal drama.<\/p>\n<p>Long conversations about humanity, sense of life, otherness, humanity, transhumanism, legacy and robotic laws.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>What not to expect?<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>The player\u2019s bodies are not part of the game: you can play any character you want regardless of your real-life body.<\/p>\n<p>Comments over your body shouldn\u2019t happen in-game.<\/p>\n<p>Sexual violence.<\/p>\n<p>Torture porn.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Recurso-1gris.svg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<h2>About the couples android-human<\/h2>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>You will play the human and android versions of the same character. If you are playing versions with different genders, you will look like siblings in-game.<\/li>\n<li>The android has the same knowledge and memories as the human, but they are not an exact copy. It will be a successful experience if you flow with what happens to your character and lift the play of your coplayers. There are no objectives that will cause you to win or lose. The only thing we ask of you is to be in your character&#8217;s shoes, to connect with what they feel, to think the way they would think, and behave in the way they would behave, all the while allowing your character to make their own decisions. We trust our players to be involved in the whole process, from the character creation phase to the end of the event. That&#8217;s why, once the game starts, you don&#8217;t need to ask us permission to do something or to decide if your character would think or do something.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>Your character sheet is yours.<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>We are happy with players changing their character sheets following some rules: calibrate changes with your coplayers, don\u2019t change the sign of the relationship that you want to change (positive or negative), don\u2019t change events from the past, and if you are not going to play or you want to change a plot, please let us know before doing so.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>What you see is what there is to see<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>All you see will be part of the game and you will have to deal with the consequences. He is interested in the academic and formal studies of larp as an art, education and communication form, and the concept of larptivism as a tool for social change.
