  • You sign up in pairs. You will be playing the same character: the human and the robotic copy. If you don’t have anyone to sign up with, you can sign individually and we will send you the list of players who did sign up individually.<\/li>\n
  • It\u2019s not a click-fest! We start the sign up today and end them in 21st July<\/li>\n
  • Tickets will be put to a lottery taking into consideration diversity in nationalities and larp experience.<\/li>\n
  • There will be a safety cross-check for all participants.<\/li>\n
  • First payment, 3 days after confirmation of your spot: 90\u20ac.<\/li>\n
  • Second payment by 5th Oct 25.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
    CANCELLATION POLICY<\/strong><\/div>\n

    In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your ticket, our cancellation and resell policy is as follows:
    Players are not allowed to directly resell their tickets. You need to inform us, and we will reach out to the players on the waiting list. But if you want to sell your add-on (such as a bus ticket) to another player, we can talk about it.<\/p>\n

    • The larp signup fee (90\u20ac) is non-refundable.<\/li>\n
    • 3 months before the larp, we can refund 50% of the total cost of your ticket.<\/li>\n
    • If you cancel your participation two months or less before the larp starts, there will be no refunds.<\/li>\n
    • The organizers reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone in the larp without giving any reason. The full fee will be returned to the participant in such a case. The organizers also reserve the right to refuse a participant to continue the larp if said participant makes the larp unsafe. In such a case, no refund will be given.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

      This questionnaire is designed to help us better understand your preferences and the type of experience you are seeking. We will send you a casting questionnaire after the final payment.<\/p>\n

      We will send you your character sheet 2 months before the larp.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

      ALCOHOL, AFTER GAME DINNER AND PARTY<\/div>\n

      Alcohol is forbidden while we larp. We won\u2019t serve alcohol in-game, but we will sell it at the afterparty at our bar. We will have an in-game bar where you can buy sodas, energy drinks and coffee or tea. Water and coffee are always free in the game.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

      COSTUMES AND PROPS<\/div>\n

      The larp is based in 2020s. The clothes should match the visual style of the era, but need not be historically accurate.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
